Well it’s been another couple weeks and an innumerable
number of diapers!
Ryan is smiling much more regularly. He has begun to recognize us, and gets really
excited to see us, even if it is at 3 am :)
He’s also begun playing with his tongue, as you can see in a couple of
the pictures
Ryan has also discovered some new friends in his “activity
gym”. He has been especially interested
in the monkey and lion that hang from it.
Ryan will stare at the monkey and then turn and smile at the lion. Thanks John and Mary!
We have also found that Ryan has new ways that he wants to
be soothed. These include doing deep
knee bends while holding him, massaging his legs, and rubbing his feet. He is certainly keeping us on our toes.
Ryan’s 2 month appointment is this week so we will have an
update on his current weight and height soon.
